Bandit Wins American Yacht Club Fall Series
Rye, New York (October 4th, 2005)  – The Swan 45 Bandit, owned and helmed by Andy Fisher of Greenwich, CT, won the Division 2 Swan 45 class at the American Yacht Club Fall Series.  Seven races were held over a two weekend period, September 24-25 and October 1-2.

Going into the last race of the series, Bandit was one point ahead of Massimo Ferragamo's boat Bellicosa.  In order to win the event, Bandit  had to beat Bellicosa and Devocean.  Bandit Tactician Kevin Burnham instructed the boat to start at the leeward end of the line which was favored by 10 degrees.  Bellicosa was on port tack at the pin end of the line, but was prevented from starting on time by Bandit.  Bandit had a great start and was able to tack and cover both Bellicosa and Devocean.  Bandit led Bellicosa and Devocean around the course, to finish 2nd in the race and win the regatta.  Tactician Kevin Burnham said, "It was a great team effort led by the steady driving of Andy Fisher."

Race Results (Boat/Skipper/points):

1st: Bandit, Andy Fisher, 12 points

2nd: Bellisoca, Massimo Ferragamo, 14 points

3rd: Devocean, Stephen DeVoe, 14 points
